The Hispanic Family Center has continuously taken a leadership role in coordinating efforts with other community organizations to facilitate the provision of services to individuals and families in need. In seeking to fulfill its mission, the Hispanic Family Center has been providing workforce development and job training services to the community in various capacities throughout most of its history. Each of its programs promotes and encourages self-sufficiency.

Services provided include: development of a Career Action Plan; resume assistance; job placement services; interview prep and soft skill coaching; as well as financial literacy workshops and coordinated onsite job fairs.
