HISPANIC FAMILY CENTER TO HOST NATIONAL LATINO AIDS AWARENESS DAY EVENT
On Wednesday, October 18, the Hispanic Family Center of Southern New Jersey, Inc. (HFC) will host its annual National Latino AIDS Awareness Day Event. The free community event will be held at HFC’s offices located at 2850 Federal Street in Camden, New Jersey.
National Latino AIDS Awareness Day (NLAAD) was initially established in 2003 to help improve HIV/AIDS prevention education, testing and treatment among the Latino community. HFC will hold the annual NLAAD event to advance HIV/AIDS awareness and HIV/AIDS care in the community. Throughout the event there will be music, community resources, free food, and free HIV testing. The event is free and open to the community. All are welcome.
