Health Education and Family Prevention Services
The goal of the HFC's Health Education and Family Prevention Services is to provide the community with ongoing health education, outreach, family friendly programming, and access to services, with particular focus on lifestyle management and risk reduction.The Hispanic Family Center offers several health and education prevention programs for the South Jersey community:
• After School Program and Summer Youth Center
• LUCES HIV Prevention
• Pediatric Asthma Prevention Program (PAPP)• County Pediatric Asthma Prevention Program (PAPP) & Nurturing Families
We offer an excellent program to strengthen the family:
• Family Success Center (two sites: Camden and Woodbury)
