Mental
Health Treatment
The Family
Counseling Clinic (FCC) provides members of the community with access
to the services of highly skilled bilingual, bicultural counselors and
therapists specially trained for working with individuals who have mental
illness.
We offer individual and group therapies for adults and adolescents,
as well as accompanying psychiatric evaluations and interventions. The
FCC offers two treatment modalities:

The Hispanic
Family Center reaches members of the community of all ages. For the
community's older adults, HFC provides the following services:

In-Home Personal Care Assistance
• Adult Day Care Services
Treatment for Substance
Use Disorders
HFC
offers comprehensive programs directed at curbing the ravaging consequences
of substance abuse. HFC offers bilingual outpatient and intensive outpatient
substance abuse treatment services. Programming includes a special track
for women.
There are two programs:

"Road to Recovery" Intensive Outpatient
Program
Intensive
Outpatient Program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s
NJ Health Initiatives. This program offers between nine and fifteen
hours per week of counseling in Spanish.
• "La Esperanza" Drug and
Alcohol Outpatient Program
Individual
and group counseling scheduled weekly.
Substance
Abuse Prevention Education
• "Life Skills Program"
Substance abuse prevention education for elementary school children.
LIHEAP Program
•
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program for Camden and Gloucester Counties
**The Family Counseling Clinic
is open from 8:30 to 4:30 from Monday-Friday; evening hours are available
until 7PM on most days.
