> Differential Response InitiativeThe PARTNERS Differential Response Initiative is a partnership between the Hispanic Family Center, Center for Family Services, and the Community Planning and Advocacy Council (CPAC) to provide home based services to families referred from the Department of Children and Families. Through this program families will be linked to supportive services to assist families in stabilizing the home, such as emergency housing and utility assistance; domestic violence services; child care; mental health; marital and family counseling; and employment training and placement.
