Edna Rodriguez, Psy.D.
Dr. Edna C. Rodríguez is the Assistant Program Director of the Family Counseling Clinic and Energy Assistance Department at HFC. She assists the Program Director with the supervision and oversight of a multifaceted Department with Outpatient and Intensive Partial Care Mental Health Services, Substance Abuse Treatment Services, Prevention and Social programs. She joined HFC in 2016 and brings more than twenty two years of experience in Social and Mental Health Services. Dr. Rodriguez holds a Doctorate and Master Degree in Clinical Psychology from Carlos Albizu University of Puerto Rico and Master Degree in Criminal Justice from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Her professional background includes working with the Latino Community and diverse populations that require complex services. She has worked for government agencies as well non profit Mental Health Organizations. Her areas of expertise include: case management, rehabilitative and community based social services, Inpatient and Outpatient Mental Health services, Documentation and Quality Assurance, Design and Evaluation of Programs.
